If you understand something about Benson Boone past his hit songs, it’s probably that he can do a backflip and he tends to do them typically. It’s a joke that Boone himself is in on, as he reveals in a teaser for his upcoming “Mr Electrical Blue” video, which is about to reach tomorrow (June 20).
The clip is about three years previously and it begins with Boone doing backflips on a trampoline. Then, a neighbor (performed by Boone’s songwriting accomplice Jack LaFrantz) seems over the fence and says, “Excuse me, younger harmless boy?” After Boone solutions, the person continues, “Was {that a} backflip I noticed?” Boone replied, “Yeah. Yeah, that was a backflip. They’re fairly simple for me.” The neighbor then asks if Boone occurs to have the ability to sing and Boone responds, “No… however I assume I might strive.” The neighbor says that’s “completely excellent” earlier than disappearing behind the fence, and Boone calls him a “bizarre man” earlier than getting again to doing flips.
