Accusations of paid smear campaigns, fake explicit images, and courtroom chaos push tensions ahead of July trial.

Tory Lanez, real name Daystar Peterson, is heading back to court—this time in connection to blogger Milagro Gramz, who’s now being sued for cyberstalking, emotional distress, and allegedly posting fake explicit images of Megan Thee Stallion.
Lanez is currently serving a 10-year prison sentence for shooting Megan in 2020—a case that continues to spark intense debate online and in the industry.
Sources say Megan’s legal team recently met with Tory after receiving evidence that his father allegedly paid Gramz over $3,000 to push doubt and misinformation surrounding Megan’s original claims. What was supposed to be a closed-door meeting quickly took a turn when Tory allegedly made disrespectful comments about a woman attorney’s hair and appearance. His behavior—described as misogynistic and unprofessional—led to him being held in contempt of court and forced to appear before a judge. His own lawyers didn’t object to the ruling.
In response to the lawsuit, Milagro Gramz has launched a $100K fundraising campaign to support her legal defense. As of now, trial is set to begin on July 21.
Do you think bloggers should be held legally accountable when they cross the line—or is it just part of the game in today’s media era?
