Jon Gosselin is offering perception into his relationship along with his ex.
The Jon & Kate Plus 8 alum revealed the final time that he spoke to his ex-wife Kate Gosselin—who he finalized his contentious divorce from in 2009—and the date is certain to boost some eyebrows.
“We do not talk,” Jon completely informed E! Information’ Francesca Amiker. “I believe the final time I heard her voice in individual was, like, 2018.”
The DJ—who shares 20-year-old sextuplets Collin, Hannah, Alexis, Aaden, Leah and Joel, in addition to 23-year-old twins Mady and Cara, with Kate—went on to notice that his final in-person dialog with the matriarch was in courtroom, when the pair had been in a custody battle over their son Collin after he accused Kate of verbally and emotionally abusing him as a toddler. (Jon was awarded custody in the long run, although Kate has denied all of Collin’s abuse allegations.)
And whereas the previous couple would not communicate today, Jon—who introduced his engagement to Stephanie Lebo in November after three years of relationship—insisted that his relationship along with his former spouse has been in worse form than it’s at present.
“It has been calm,” Jon added, “very calm, knock on wooden, for 2 years now.”
