Rich Homie Quan has been summoned to testify in Young Thug’s ongoing RICO trial, as confirmed by social media user ThuggerDaily. The rapper, known for his past collaborations with Thug, has reportedly been served a summons to appear as a witness.
According to ThuggerDaily, Quan has previously provided a police statement, which is expected to be presented in court. It’s important to note that Quan’s testimony may not necessarily implicate Young Thug in any wrongdoing.
There’s a chance that Lil Wayne could take the stand in the ongoing trial, particularly after Fulton County prosecutors attempted to show videos of the rapper discussing Young Thug in court. However, Judge Ural Glanville ruled against it unless Lil Wayne testified personally.
The case revolves around the 2015 shooting of Lil Wayne’s tour bus, with prosecutors alleging Young Thug’s involvement. They assert that Thug enlisted PeeWee Roscoe, an associate, to carry out the attack. Roscoe was initially sentenced to 10 years in prison and 10 years of probation, but his conviction was overturned in 2018.

While Lil Wayne might find himself in the courtroom, one rapper who won’t be called to testify is Gunna.Initially, the state had listed over 700 potential witnesses for the trial. However, it appears that only about 200 of them will actually be summoned to participate in the proceedings.
