Megan Thee Stallion Accused of Harassment
So, there’s some drama swirling around Megan Thee Stallion- Yes, Again. Apparently, a videographer she once worked with, Emilio Garcia, is taking legal action against her. He’s claiming that during a tour stop in Spain, he was forced to witness Megan engaging in intimate activities with another woman in a moving vehicle.
“I felt uncomfortable…. I was kind of frozen, and I was shocked. At kind of just the overall audacity to do this right, right beside me.”
Garcia claims this entire situation has caused him a lot of emotional and physical distress. He’s also accusing Megan of creating a toxic workplace and insulting him. His attorney, Ron Zambrano, released a statement on his behalf:
“Megan just needs to pay our client what he’s due, own up to her behavior and quit this sort of sexual harassment and fat-shaming conduct…….Emilio should never have been put in a position of having to be in the vehicle with her while she had sex with another woman. ‘Inappropriate’ is putting it lightly. Exposing this behavior to employees is definitely illegal.”
Megan Thee ‘Sexual Assaulter’?
After the case became public, tweets labeling Megan as a predator started spreading. Nonetheless, her lawyer, Alex Spiro, disputes these claims.
“This is an employment claim for money — with no sexual harassment claim filed and with salacious accusations to attempt to embarrass her. We will deal with this in court,”
